Proposals for presentations, posters and workshops must be submitted by 8th September 2025.

Acceptance will be announced by 1 October 2025.

The registration system will be opened on 2nd October by 16:00

The final deadline for registration and payment of the symposium fees is 20 October 2025.

Symposium in Joensuu: 6–8 November 2025.
