The center brings together multidisciplinary research on sustainable circular economy, conducted at the University of Eastern Finland&#8217;s Kuopio and Joensuu campuses and in cooperation with Finnish and international research units. The Research Center produces knowledge on the circular economy as an economic, social, and cultural transformation. The Research Center produce context sensitive and actionable research in close collaboration with companies and public and third sector partners to catalyze sustainability transition through circular economy.
