Paytrail Oyj, Business ID 2122839-7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NOTE FOR UEF STAFF: Participation in events organised by UEF<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When an employee of the University of Eastern Finland participates in an event organised by the University, there are two possible situations regarding the participation fee: either the employee participates without being charged a fee, or the employee participates and a participation fee is charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>There are two different payment methods:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The participant attends as a private individual and pays the fee personally using their own means of payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The participant attends as a university employee, and the participation is invoiced internally to the participant\u2019s unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The University payment card must not be used to pay for events organised by the University of Eastern Finland. The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference.
