Quality Management

Reliability, safety and efficiency are the key elements of the clinical trials and other services.

The quality management of the Clinical Research Centre is based on the quality management system of the University of Eastern Finland, which has features from the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. Clinical research complies with the laws and regulations and follows the principles of GCP. Quality assurance methods are applied in all medical research.

The Clinical Research Centre’s diagnostic laboratories (Gene diagnostics, Biomarker) have accreditation according to the ISO 15189: 2013 standard for medical laboratories.
