EATRIS-Finland Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EATRIS-Finland services have been organized in two main packages<\/strong> which support key needs for academic and commercial customers. Single services can also be obtained from the offered packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Package #1:  ATMP MANUFACTURING, VECTOR AND CELL SERVICES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This service platform covers the entire chain from biological starting materials, cells and vectors to manufacturing, cell banking and documentation of ATMP materials. Services included are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– AAV, adenovirus and lentivirus small and large-scale manufacturing and Lipid nanoparticle-modified\/stabilized mRNA microfluidics production (EGTL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Virus vector cell banks and master virus seed stocks (EGTL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Process development and manufacturing of GMP cell therapy products for pre-clinical and clinical trials (FRCBS, REGEA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Provision of cell therapy starting materials (leukapheresis, HLA-typed Cord blood units, buffy coats for research purposes including HLA-selected units and autologous adipose-derived stem cells) (FRCBS,REGEA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Cell, vector and tissue banking services (EGTL, REGEA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Deep Sequencing services (FIMM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Package #2:  PET-TRACER DEVELOPMENT, PET-IMAGING, ANTIBODY AND PRECLINICAL SAFETY AND EFFICACY EVALUATION SERVICES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Translational, pre-clinical and clinical PET tracer development and evaluation of specificity and pharmacokinetic properties using total body PET imaging (PET Center)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Development, screening and production of high affinity binders (mAbs, Darpins) and recombinant proteins for diagnostics and targeted treatments, and bioaffinity assay development service (Life Technology, VTT)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Preclinical GLP animal services for the evaluation of general safety, toxicology and efficacy in selected small and large animal models (TDC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
