However, the current methodologies used in particle emission measurements do not consider a significant emission component, namely the secondary organic aerosol (SOA) which is formed from combustion-derived organic gases in the atmosphere. This Project, funded by Academy of Finland, develops and validates a novel method for simulation of SOA emission formation in a laboratory setup, provides information on combustion-derived SOA emissions and technical solutions for the abatement of SOA emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information: Assoc.
