An article in conference special issue requires a presentation at a conference. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conference registration fees<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Face-to-face&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>280 \u20ac till August 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2026.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 \u20ac between September 1<sup>st<\/sup> to October 9<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026; Deadline for registration October 9<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 \u20ac PhD Students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UEF Staff registration fee 150 \u20ac till August 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2026; it increases to 200 \u20ac between September 1<sup>st<\/sup> to October 9<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PhD students at University of Eastern Finland are able to apply for the free onsite participation; please note that there are limited places available. Deadline for registration August 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Online participation&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online participants are welcome to all sessions and keynote speeches in the programme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online participation is free when the registration is done before August 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 \u20ac between September 1<sup>st<\/sup> to October 9<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Included in the registration fee (for one person)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>admission to all sessions&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conference materials (<em>face-to-face participation only<\/em>)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lunches and coffee\/tee during breaks mentioned on the programme (<em>face-to-face participation only<\/em>)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conference dinner on Thursday October 29<sup>th<\/sup> (<em>face-to-face participation only<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration forms&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two forms, one for all guests, one for participants from University of Eastern Finland. Please register for the conference by clicking the online registration form links below. After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation email, check the spam folder, if needed. <strong>Important<\/strong>: Saving the email is strongly advised, as it includes both the details of your registration and the link for the cancellation form.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration for participants\u00a0(REGISTRATION OPENS JUNE 10TH)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration ONLY for UEF staff\u00a0(REGISTRATION OPENS JUNE 10TH)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registration fees include the VAT 0%. Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in euros. Payment type option for participants outside UEF is credit card.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment option for UEF staff: invoice. When using the (internal) invoice, add university&#8217;s own billing details, and the code of your department or project\/department depending on who is paying the invoice.&nbsp;Please note that UEF\u2019s credit card is not valid for payment. For those considering the free onsite participation option for PhD students, kindly review the instructions above and submit your application prior to registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accompanying persons are welcome to join in the evening programme, i.e. the conference dinner on October 29<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026. Price for their dinner is 90 \u20ac. The participant attending to conference should include accompanying person for dinner in their own registration for the conference by choosing &#8220;Dinner for non-participating avec&#8221;. Registration only for the dinner is not possible. Accompanying person who wants to join whole conference, should register by themselves and pay the registration fee.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the registration form, <strong>kindly inform us if you are available to chair a session<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation policy&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration can be canceled free of charge until August 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2026.
