Early Bird rates are available until March 7, 2025. After March 7, 2025 standard rates will apply. All registration close on April 15, 2025.

Young Scholars Day: 0 €

N.B. Young Scholars Day registration only applies to PhD students participating in the Young Scholars Day prior to the conference. The Young Scholars Day registration includes access to all programs and events both in Joensuu and Helsinki, including the Young Scholars Day and the reception organised by the City of Helsinki.

N.B. Non-Scientific Attendee registration includes access to all conference keynotes, panel discussion and track sessions as well as the reception organised by the City of Helsinki. Non-Scientific attendee registration is meant for attendees who are not submitting scientific papers. 

N.B. The Standard registration includes access to all conference keynotes, panel discussion and track sessions as well as the reception organised by the City of Helsinki. Additionally, attendees may choose to attend the Young Scholars Day prior to the conference.

Exclusions: The conference dinner, travel expenses and accommodation are additional costs not included in the registration fee. N.B. If you wish to attend the conference dinner on Thursday June 12, please choose “Conference Dinner” in the “Event Fees” section in addition to the registration. 

Cancellations: 50 % of the registration fee will be returned if the cancellation is registered by April 15, 2025. 0 % of the registration fee will be returned to cancelations registered after April 15, 2025. The last cancellation date is May 9, 2025.
