Submissions
Paper abstract submissions:
Abstract submissions should not exceed 800 words and must include:
- Research question(s) and/ or objectives
- Conceptual approach to research
- Your method for exploring the question
- The contribution you aim to make to cooperative research and practice
- The structure can vary depending on the research approach of the researcher(s)
- Abstracts are to be submitted in English
When submitting an abstract with multiple authors, at least one author ought to be present at the conference.
When submitting an abstract for the Young Scholars Day, please choose “Young Scholars Day Submissions” on the submissions form.
N.B. Co-authors can be added by choosing “Add participant” on the abstract submission form.
Poster submissions:
Alternatively, attendees can submit a summarising poster of their work. When creating a poster, ensure that it clearly summarizes your research question, methods, results, and conclusions in a visually engaging format using concise text, graphs, and charts. Focus on clarity and simplicity to facilitate easy understanding and meaningful interactions with other attendees.
Compatible file formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, POWERPOINT, EPS, WORD, EXCEL, PDF, TXT, CSV, POWERPOINTX, WORDX, EXCELX, RTF, ODT, MSG, WPS, WPD, PPS, AI, KEY, PAGES, NUMBERS and TIFF.
