Submit your abstract

Submission Guidelines
We invite scholars and practitioners engaged in Congregational Education, including areas such as confirmation, pastoral care, public theology, and other forms of church-focused education, to submit their research, case studies, and conceptual papers.

The abstracts should be 300-600 words. Please follow this guideline when preparing your submission. You can either download the guideline file and edit it or create your own document with a similar structure and details. Submit the file in Word format (.docx).

We aim for a high-quality peer-reviewed publication based on selected presentations of the conference. Please indicate your interest when submitting.

Please submit your abstract to icce21@uef.fi within the submission window.

Submission window

The abstract submission window is open from 1 December to 15 March 2025. The abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and decisions regarding their acceptance will be communicated by 31 March 2025. Please submit a summary (3000 words) by 15 June.
