All kinds of papers are warmly welcomed, ranging from already published research to works in progress. There is a possibility to present a paper or prepare a poster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The abstracts should be 300-600 words. Please follow <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.uef.fi\/icce21\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/477\/2024\/11\/proposalform77.docx\">this guideline<\/a> when preparing your submission. You can either download the guideline file and edit it or create your own document with a similar structure and details. Submit the file in Word format (.docx). If your submission is a poster, please indicate this as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim for a high-quality peer-reviewed publication based on selected presentations of the conference. Please indicate your interest when submitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit your abstract to  <strong>icce21@uef.fi<\/strong> within the submission window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission window<\/strong> (EXTENDED UNTIL 15 APRIL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The abstract submission window is open from <strong>1 December<\/strong> to <strong>15 April 2025<\/strong>. The abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and decisions regarding their acceptance will be communicated by <strong>31 March 2025<\/strong>.
