PRACTICAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dates and venue<\/strong>
The conference will be held in Helsinki at the Finnish Literature Society<\/a> (Hallituskatu 1, Helsinki) as an in-person event on May 15\u201317, 2023. The venue has free wifi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building was built in the 1890\u2019s and providing an accessible entrance is a challenge. If you need assistance in entering<\/strong> the building, please be in touch with the organisers in advance and on site contact the doorman on +358-xxxxxxxxx. On the Marian katu entrance there is also a help button, named \u201cNeuvonta\u201d, and you will be helped. On the main entrance there are a lot of stairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building has a lift that can be used when entering with a wheelchair. The door to the lift is nonetheless quite heavy. If you need assistance, call +358-xxxxxxxxx and the doorman will come and help you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation<\/strong>
Hotel Arthur (located approx. 800 meters from the conference venue, Vuorikatu 19, Helsinki) have special prices for our conference.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Getting around in Helsinki (and from\/to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The public transport works well in Helsinki and with the ABC ticket one can travel to the airport too. From most places in Helsinki, it is very easy to get to the conference venue either by tram, metro, or bus. Please note that tickets for public transport are not sold in the busses, trams, metros or trains, but at ticket machines (not at every tram\/bus stop) and sales points<\/a>. The day ticket (for several days) might be the best option, if the lodging is not within walking distance from the conference venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration and conference fee<\/strong>
The registration is now open. Please note that the conference will be only in person (offline). Registration for not-presenting participants will be open until 15th of April. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference fee is 60 \u20ac. The fee includes lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, coffee\/tea during the conference days, and the concert on Monday. In the lunch restaurant as well as at the conference dinner special diets will be taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference dinner is organised on Tuesday evening. The conference dinner is at the restaurant Sunn in the middle of the city centre near the conference venue. The dinner ticket (64 \u20ac) is ordered and paid when registering for the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
