His research focuses on applying computational and statistical approaches, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and transitional network analysis, to advance legal research, specifically in developing the general doctrine of energy law within a European context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ruotian has a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics, and he is passionate about applying quantitative methods to the interdisciplinary research.
