You must also come from one of these countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have <strong>hotel discount codes<\/strong> for participants coming out of town. Send email to <a href=\"alicja.fajfer@uef.fi\">alicja.fajfer(at)uef.fi<\/a> to redeem your code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please <strong>have a valid official ID<\/strong> with you and present it to the registration personnel to get your badge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You <strong>must wear your badge<\/strong> visibly at all times. If you forget or lose your badge, contact the organizing team for a new one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never leave your belongings unattended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not take photos or videos without permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have any questions, the organizing team will be happy to assist you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARRIVAL instructions for invited guests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team will be at the Joensuu airport on 30.9 (evening) and 1.10 (morning). Our representative will hand you a bus ticket. Please take the bus no. 6 &#8211; it will be the only bus service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the flight is delayed by more than 40 minutes, the bus will not wait. If you miss it, please take a taxi. You will find a phone number to order a taxi in the arrival hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you arrive by train, you can choose to walk to the university (about 30 min). There are also several bus lines (<a href=\"https:\/\/joensuu.digitransit.fi\/\">see route planner<\/a>), electric scooters or taxis available. Please have some change for the bus, as card payment is not always available. <a href=\"https:\/\/jojo.joensuu.fi\/en\/web\/jojo-english\">More info about bus services<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilmatieteenlaitos.fi\/saa\/joensuu\">Local weather information can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEPARTURE instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airport bus no. 6 leaves from the stop on Koskikatu street 65 minutes before the flight&#8217;s scheduled departure. It is enough time \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please file your reimbursement claim immediately after the event.
