In Finland, education is regarded as a fundamental right and the Finnish education policy emphasises equal opportunities for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>International staff services at UEF are experienced in providing assistance on how to apply visas and work permits and how to find comfortable housing. All NOVEL postdoctoral researchers will work in the Kuopio campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuopio is the 8th largest city in Finland with 124 000 inhabitants. Kuopio is branded as the capital of good life and it is the 2nd most attractive city in Finland.
