Submission

The submission will take place in two-phases: a 200-word abstract with author information ends on August 23, 2024 and acceptance notification of these short abstracts will be given by August 30, 2024.

Accepted short abstracts are invited to submit a two-page abstract that has deadline on September 30, 2024. If there are any issues with the form, you can also send the same information directly to the oie2025@uef.fi email address.

Templates for the two-page abstract submission

The accepted short abstract forms are invited to send their two-page abstracts by Septmebr 30, 2024. Please use the templates found below. The MS word template can already be found below, but the Tex template will be updated on the first week of September (as the university site does not accept .tex or .zip file formats).

The two-page abstracts need to be formatted using the templates that will be available on this web site. Please do not alter the settings of the templates. Thank you.
