Venue
The conference takes place at the University of Eastern Finland’s School of Theology (address: Yliopistokatu 4, Joensuu). All keynote lectures and panels are held in lecture rooms and auditoriums of Agora building.
On-site registration
You will find the registration desk in the Agora building. Conference assistants at the registration desk are happy to answer your possible questions on practical matters!
Please note that only participants who are both registered and wear a name badge have access to the conference rooms. We kindly ask you to always wear your name badge. Your badge is also a ticket to the conference dinner and excursion.
For safety reasons and the delicate nature of the conference theme, taking pictures and filming is forbidden at the conference without separate permission.
Restaurants
Joensuu campus restaurants serve lunch from Mondays to Fridays. Restaurant Carelia serves lunch also on Saturdays. All campus restaurants offer vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian dishes, and are located within a short walking distance at the campus area.
