The fees for early birds will be 350 euros, for later registration 370 euros and for students 300 euros.
From early January 2018 it will be possible to register for the conference, reserve accommodation, join up to the excursion and reserve shuttle bus from Billund airport if needed. We will continuously update on travel arrangements and shuttle busses.
There is room for everybody to stay at the conference venue, – Vingsted at a cost of around 90 euros per night.
