Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participation is possible until 30.4.2026. In case of a refund, a 75 € administrative fee will be charged.

If the registration is cancelled after 1.5.2026, or if the participant does not attend the conference, no refund will be issued.

Participant Changes

A participant can be replaced by another person until 1.6.2026 without extra cost.

Program Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme.

Liability

By registering for the conference, participants agree that neither the organising committee nor Alpha Beta Nu assume responsibility for any damage or injuries to persons or property during the conference, nor for any costs related to illnesses.

Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage for the duration of the event.
