The presentations will be held in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The co-chairs will&nbsp;assist&nbsp;in all situations.\u202fChairs and co-chairs in the sessions will inform all the presenters about&nbsp;time&nbsp;and they are instructed to stop the presenter if they&nbsp;speak for&nbsp;longer than 15 minutes. In 15&nbsp;minutes,&nbsp;you have&nbsp;good&nbsp;time&nbsp;presenting&nbsp;your study,&nbsp;project&nbsp;or development project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We suggest that you practice your presentation beforehand to keep the timing. Technical guidance and support will be available during the whole conference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We recommend the use of PowerPoint and Slide Size of 16:9. In 10-12&nbsp;minutes you can&nbsp;have from&nbsp;8&nbsp;to 10&nbsp;slides.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use font size 24,&nbsp;maximum of&nbsp;40 words \/ slide, and consider if you can replace some of the text with a picture.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please use\u202f<strong>dark font\u202fcolors<\/strong>,&nbsp;so that people can read your text.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In order to&nbsp;avoid technical challenges, do not use video or sound in your presentation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The file size should not be over 5 MB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will name your presentation&nbsp;file in&nbsp;your last name and presentation date.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presentation of ePosters<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All e-posters should be prepared in English.&nbsp;e-Posters will be presented in a single seminar room, organized by&nbsp;theme&nbsp;and scheduled in timed sessions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The preferred presentation format is a PowerPoint file&nbsp;with&nbsp;16:9 aspect ratio&nbsp;format in landscape layout (horizontal orientation).&nbsp;Please ensure&nbsp;high contrast, text that is readable from 1.5\u20132 meters, and images with a resolution of 200\u2013300 dpi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is recommended to use a&nbsp;minimum&nbsp;size of 19.05 cm \u00d7 33.87 cm (width \u00d7 height), with a simple and clear font (e.g., Arial,&nbsp;Open Sans, Verdana) and a regular text size of&nbsp;24-32 pt&nbsp;for the body of each section. The exact font size may be adjusted depending on the amount of content and the chosen layout.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All posters&nbsp;will also be&nbsp;published in thematic virtual&nbsp;displays&nbsp;on the conference&nbsp;website,&nbsp;and all participants can get&nbsp;familiar&nbsp;with them during&nbsp;conference.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips for making posters<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use clear and legible fonts&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Less is more: keep text as concise as possible. Use a minimum of 24&nbsp;pt for body text and&nbsp;40 pt for titles. Avoid using only capital letters or excessive bold text.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clarity is essential. Avoid overly complicated diagrams, as they can be hard to understand on the final poster&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use colors thoughtfully and sparingly&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Include only high-quality images that add value to the poster&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your poster carefully before submission.
