All presentations will be held on site.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oral presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The length of an oral presentation is 15 minutes. One thematic session will last 90 minutes in total and will include a variable number of presentations. There will also be time for discussion. Please ensure that you do not exceed your own time so that everyone has equal time to give their presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A maximum of 10 powerpoint slides, including opening and closing slides, can be prepared for the presentation. Tips for preparing slides below in poster instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presentation materials must be submitted <strong>by October X <\/strong>(date to be confirmed later) at the latest to the email address <a href=\"mailto:vaikuttavuudentalo@uef.fi\">vaikuttavuudentalo@uef.fi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poster presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The recommended poster size is 90 x 120 cm (portrait). The following general guidelines should be followed when preparing a poster:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoid long sentences.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use graphics and figures instead of large tables.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use colours to highlight key sections and issues.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use bullet points to present conclusions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Poster presentations will be displayed in the lobby on the 2nd floor of Snellmania, and they can be hung up on <strong>Tuesday October 6, starting at x:xx a.m.<\/strong> (time to be confirmed later) For more detailed information and instructions, please inquire at the registration desk (Snellmania, 1st floor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please note that remote oral presentations and electronic posters will not be accepted this year.
