Social quality describes the key processes of well-being that produce well-being for people equally and sustainably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This open and free online course:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Introduces the framework for social quality and the key processes of social quality that can contribute to sustainable well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Presents a research-based social quality calculation tool and show how the tool can be used to assess the savings potential of various measures and policies that promote well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Goes through how the calculation tool can be used to support evidence-based decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Anyone interested in the online course and its content can complete it as MOOC course and receive an unofficial certificate from the University of Eastern Finland. If you want a completion mark and ECTS credits (5 ECTS), you must register as an Open University student<\/a> at the University of Eastern Finland and pay the course fee (20 \u20ac\/credit). For degree students, the course is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
