Participation fee

*The colloquium is free for YHYS members. YHYS membership fee in 2023 is € 25/year, € 12 for students and the unemployed. You can also become a supporting member by paying € 50 or an amount of your choice. Remember that you can deduce the YHYS membership fee every year in your taxation. More info about becoming an YHYS member here.

It is free to participate in the SOBIO days & YHYS pre-colloquium conference, but please indicate when signing up if you will participate, and whether you will do a pitch as well.

Cancellation policy

In your registration confirmation email there is a link you can use to de-register and get a full refund. De-registration (full refund) is only possible before the registration closes, so latest 8.11.2023. After that there is no refund.
