The UEF Bioinformatics Center offers comprehensive bioinformatics expertise and infrastructure services to researchers and students. Our center is equipped with high-throughput computational servers designed for advanced scientific computing. We specialize in single and multiomics data analysis and collaborate with the FinnGen project to advance genomic research and personalized medicine. We also apply and develop bioinformatics workflows and pipelines to meet specific research needs.
