The UEF Bioinformatics Center offers comprehensive bioinformatics expertise and computing services to researchers and students. We specialize in single- and multi-omics data analysis and collaborate with the FinnGen project to advance genomic research and personalized medicine. We also apply and develop bioinformatics workflows and pipelines to meet specific research needs. Additionally to our analysis services we provide high computational servers designed for advanced scientific computing
In addition to these core services, we provide bioinformatics consulting to assist with experimental design, data processing, analysis, visualization, and storage, helping you achieve your scientific goals. Our center actively promotes research collaboration.
