Attendance fees
Early-bird registration fees (valid until 31.03.2026):

Regular attendance fee (valid from 01.04.2026):
- Undergraduate, academic … 450 eur
- Academic (incl. Postdoc) …… 650 eur
- Industrial participant ……….. 850 eur
These registration fees include:
- Access to the event (please note that this is an in-person meeting)
- Admission to all scientific sessions, poster exhibition and commercial booths
- Lunches, tea and coffee breaks during the conference days
- Access to an online abstract book
- Certificate of Attendance (on request)
- Social program (including a cruise on lake Kallavesi)
- Conference dinner

Abstract submission deadlines
The deadline for abstract submission for posters is 28.02.2026. You will be notified about abstract acceptance within 2 weeks.
Interested in being considered for an oral contribution?
Submit your abstract by 31.01.2026 and tick the checkbox that you want to be considered for oral presentation! Selected speakers will be notified within 2 weeks of the deadline.
