Regular attendance fee (valid from 01.04.2026):
- Undergraduate, academic … 450 eur
- Academic (incl. Postdoc) …… 650 eur

These registration fees include:
- Access to the event (please note that this is an in-person meeting)
- Admission to all scientific sessions, poster exhibition and commercial booths
- Lunches, tea and coffee breaks during the conference days
- Access to an online abstract book
- Certificate of Attendance (on request)
- Social program (including a cruise on lake Kallavesi)
- Conference dinner
Abstract submission
Prepare your abstract using our abstract template and submit it via our submission portal!
Abstract submission deadline
The deadline for abstract submission for posters is 31.03.2026. You will be notified about abstract acceptance within 2 weeks.
The conference organizers will provide a board (120 × 135 cm) for A0 posters along with attachment material (pins). The poster must fit these dimensions and be formed of one continuous sheet.
