Attendance fees

Early-bird registration fees (valid until 31.03.2026):

• Undergraduate, academic … 350 eur
• Academic (incl. Postdoc) …… 550 eur
• Industrial participant ……….. 750 eur

Regular attendance fee (valid from 01.04.2026):

• Undergraduate, academic … 450 eur
• Academic (incl. Postdoc) …… 650 eur
• Industrial participant ……….. 850 eur

These registration fees include:

• Access to the event (please note that this is an in-person meeting)
• Admission to all scientific sessions, poster exhibition and commercial booths
• Lunches, tea and coffee breaks during the conference days
• Access to an online abstract book
• Certificate of Attendance (on request)
• Social program (including a cruise on lake Kallavesi)
• Conference dinner

Poster guidelines

The conference organizers will provide a board (120 × 135 cm) for A0 posters along with attachment material (pins). The poster must fit these dimensions and be formed of one continuous sheet.
