Chengxin is a doctoral researcher in Computer Science at the University of Eastern Finland. Her research interests include virtual patients, multimodal learning, natural language processing, and social network analysis. During her master’s studies, she gained research experience in online social networks, with a particular focus on rumor detection, modeling rumor diffusion dynamics, and predicting rumor diffusion trends. Her current doctoral research focuses on analyzing medical students’ clinical reasoning processes within virtual patient platform, aiming to enhance learning efficiency and improve the overall quality of medical education.
