Registration fees

  • Regular participants (3 days): 350 €
  • Regular participants (15 June, 1 day): 150 €
  • Regular participants (16 June, 1 day): 200 €
  • Regular participants (17 June, 1 day): 150 €
  • Virtual participation (3 days): 200 €
    • includes the full scientific program of 3 days and all content on-demand until 31 August, 2026
  • PhD students/Faculty of Health Sciences, UEF: free of charge (funded by the faculty):
    • please register via the link “Kuopio Neuroscience 50 Years registration” and note that you need to choose the correct role on the form
  • Other students (including non-UEF Faculty of Health Sciences PhD students):
    • 3 days: 200 €
    • 1 day: 150 €
    • virtual participation: 200 €

Speakers, supporters and invited guests have been sent a separate mail regarding instructions for registration.

The registration fee includes admission to all the scientific sessions, social program, coffees and lunches. The one-day fee includes all these on the day of participation. Symposium dinner (on 16 June) is included in 3 days´ participation and 1-day (16 June) participation fees. We ask about your participation to the dinner on the registration form.

Last registration date is 12 June (at 3 p.m.), but please register as soon as possible. We would also like to emphasize that there will be limited spots available for the symposium dinner on 16 June. To guarantee special meal requests, please register by 31 May. In case of cancellation by 31 May, a full refund will be paid.

Payment

For UEF employees whose registration fee is paid internally (UEF employees and students employed by UEF), please follow the instructions and use the separate registration link “Internal registration for UEF employees”. Please note that UEF business credit cards are not allowed to use.

Payment can be made either by online (Paytrail, suggested) or by an invoice. If you choose online payment, you will be redirected to online payment service after you accept the cancellation policy and press Sign up. After making the online payment, you will receive the confirmation of your registration and receipt to your email. If you need an invoice, please contact [email protected]. We will provide you with information about paying by invoice. Please note that an office fee of EUR 15 will be added to the external invoice.
