Hotel reservation

All participants reserve their own accommodation directly from the Break Sokos Hotel Levi.

We have reserved a quota of rooms for the OIE’25 participants that can be booked from the hotel web site using the following reservation code: BOIE25

The rates for the standard rooms are as follows:

• Standard room for 1 person including breakfast, 160 EUR/night
• Standard room for 2 persons including breakfast, 185 EUR/night

A credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation and you can select to pay the full amount during the registration or during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations that are cancelled at latest seven (7) days before the arrival result in no penalty. Cancellations later than seven days before or arrival or no show result in a cost of one night stay of the reservation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The quota (and the reservation code) for the OIE25 event is valid for reservations from Monday January 6 to Friday January 10. For the reservations with earlier arrival or later departure than the symposium dates, you can book the symposium dates with the reservation code with the fixed OIE25 rates, but please make additional reservation outside the symposium dates (without any reservation code). The hotel can combine the reservations upon arrival so there is no need to change rooms. Alternatively, you can be in direct contact with the sales department of the hotel by email.

The quota will be released for general sale on November 25, 2024 so please book you accommodation well in advance.
