Registration fees
The following registration fees apply before the end of November:
Before December 15, 2024
- Regular participant for the full symposium (Monday-Thursday) 495 EUR
- Regular participant for the short symposium (Monday-Wednesday) 395 EUR
- Accompanying participant for the full symposium (Monday-Thursday) 295 EUR
- Accompanying participant for the short symposium (Monday-Wednesday) 195 EUR
After December 16, 2024
- Regular participant for the full symposium (Monday-Thursday) 645 EUR
- Regular participant for the short symposium (Monday-Wednesday) 545 EUR
- Accompanying participant for the full symposium (Monday-Thursday) 445 EUR
- Accompanying participant the short symposium (Monday-Wednesday) 345 EUR
The registration fee for the full symposium includes welcoming event on Monday, scientific symposium on Tuesday and Wednesday, and networking day on Thursday.
For accompanying participants the fee includes welcoming event on Monday and banquet on Tuesday night together.
