We are pleased to welcome you to OPPIVA 2024 in Joensuu! The Annual Meeting of Research on Learning and Learning Difficulties will take place at the University of Eastern Finland Joensuu Campus (Yliopistokatu 2, Joensuu) from June 4th to 5th, 2024.
Presentation formats
Paper sessions consist of 15–20-minute oral presentations of 3-4 papers, followed by a discussion with the audience. Each session will be moderated by the assigned chair.
Poster sessions consist of multiple posters where participants walk around and discuss with the presenters.

Language of the conference and presentations
The language of the conference is English, but for the purpose of inclusivity, the presentation may also be delivered in Finnish, provided that the slides (or posters) are in English.
Conference fee
The conference fee is €50, which includes coffee and lunch. Doctoral researchers presenting at the conference can attend for free. Register here.
