The next University of Eastern Finland’s International Staff Week will be organised in June 2027 at Kuopio campus. More information will follow at these pages towards the end of year 2026. Meanwhile the information of the February 2026 staff week remain for your reference.

Here you can find the preliminary programme, as well as travel and accommodation information. The participation fee is 100 euros (non-refundable) and includes material, coffee breaks, and social programme. You are kindly asked to cover the participation fee as well as other expenses for travel and accommodation by using Erasmus+ training mobility grants or other funding. 

The staff week programme contains a wide range of topics introducing the university, study opportunities, student life, learning environments, research, and campus cities, along with room for bilateral meetings.
