NOTE: Staff and doctoral researchers at the University of Eastern Finland’s Department of Social Sciences can register HERE.

Participation Fees

  • 1 day: €60
  • 2 days: €100
  • Conference Dinner: €55

Participation is free of charge for:

  • Members and honorary members of the Finnish Society for Social Work Research
  • Two participants from institutional members of the Society
  • Bachelor’s and master ‘s-level social work students

The participation fee includes the conference programme, conference materials, and coffee breaks. Lunch is at participants’ own expense.

*The payment intermediary service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Pyj holds a payment institution license. Paytrail Plc will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the event organizer.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your participation by 15.01.2026, the participation fee will be fully refunded. After this date, the fee will not be refunded.
