The conference programme is free of charge. The conference includes coffee and light refreshments. We will also arrange a voluntary dinner and get‑together on 26 May for a small additional fee that can be paid upon registration.

Venue for the dinner and get-together is Bear Hall located upstairs at the Winter Swimming Centre Joensuu Polar Bears Club (Joensuun Jääkarhut), Mäntyniementie 1, Joensuu. Before the dinner, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a sauna and take a dip in the lake for a fee of 7.5 euros (the wristband can be purchased on site). As the sauna is unisex, please remember to bring your swimsuit or swim trunks! — With 3,501 members and 204,200 visits in 2025, the Polar Bears is one of the most popular recreational sites in Joensuu.
