Guidelines for Presenters

Each oral paper presentation will be allocated a 30-minute slot, including Q&A. So the presentation itself should not exceed 15-20 minutes. Session rooms will have a computer with PowerPoint, a data projector and a screen. You can send your presentation to [email protected]  or bring it on a USB pen drive.

Doctoral students wanting to present their papers (draft manuscript of an article, book or dissertation chapter etc.) are requested to submit the papers by 18 May 2026. This allows senior and peer doctoral students sufficient time to familiarise themselves with the papers. To ensure adequate time for discussion and feedback, presentations should not exceed 10 minutes. Send the papers to: [email protected] .
