Early bird registration fees until 20.4.2026 are: 

• IFHE members: €150 
• Non-IFHE members: €200 
• Students: €50  
• Confrence dinner :€60

After 20.4.2026 till 30.8. prices will be 

• IFHE members: €300
• Non-IFHE members: €400 
• Students: €60 
• Confrence dinner: €80 1.9.-31.9.2026

Last day for registration will be 30.8.2026. 

The registration fee covers the welcome ceremony and participation in the conference. Additional costs for dinner and other events will be added later. 
Please note that all registrations are binding.

Please note that the conference dinner may be purchased at a later date, even if selected options are available on the registration form.
