Conference

  • IFHE members: €300
  • Non-IFHE members: €400 
  • Students, school teachers, and senior advisors: €60 

The registration fee includes participation in the welcome reception and the conference. Participation in the conference dinner and the excursions on Sunday and Wednesday requires an additional fee.

Excursions

We are pleased to invite you to participate in two guided excursions organized before and after the conference:

  • Pre-conference Excursion to Koli National Park (Sunday, October 4): €45
  • School Visit & Excursion to Niirala Border Crossing Point and Ilomantsi (Wednesday, October 7): €60

Please register for the excursions using the same form, even if you have already registered for the conference and/or conference dinner.


Registration Deadline

Your registration will be considered valid once the payment has been received by August 30 2026. All registrations are binding.

If you are a member of the University of Eastern Finland, please use the registration form for UEF STAFF AND STUDENTS ONLY.

For UEF registrations, dinner and excursions are not included. Please use this registration form.
