Introduction

On this page, we have collected links to scientific journals that are potentially relevant to IMPDET doctoral students as publication forums for dissertation articles.

The journals listed on the page have been divided into seven main categories:

• design/design research
• educational technology
• online, open and distance learning
• computing & technology education
• ICT for development
• misc/general computing

For each of the categories, the journals are grouped according to the Finnish Publication forum classification‘s two highest levels: 2-3 = leading, 1 = basic. For those journals that have been included in Clarivate Analytic’s Journal Citation Report, the Journal Impact Factor (JIF) is mentioned. The image indicates that the journal is open access.
