Partner Organisations

To enable our postdoctoral researchers’ intersectoral exposure, our programme has a wide network of national and international partners, including a hospital, companies, patient advocacy organization, an innovation ecosystem, universities and research institutions.

The postdoctoral researchers are encouraged to do their compulsory secodnment in the programme’s partner organisations. New partners can be added too, if needed.

The partner organisations will contribute to individualised career coaching sessions during the programme’s meetings. The partners will also, for example, provide guest lectures and stories of personal experiences with start-up entrepreneurship, the exploitation of research results, open science, ethics, patenting, and regulation in the health sector. Our researchers will regularly meet these partners in events organized by the project. Engagement with our partners enables learning about the innovation potential of science, including science-based business.

Our postdoctoral researchers are expected to actively engage citizens, general public, media and policy makers. Interdisciplinarity and intersectoral exchange are implemented via hands-on interaction between the participants, supervisors, mentors and partners and other stakeholders of the project.
