The Transatlantic Alliance for Law, Outreach, and National Security (TALONS) conference is an international academic event focusing on contemporary security challenges in Europe and beyond. Bringing together leading scholars and professionals, the conference addresses issues such as NATO and collective defense, national resilience, hybrid threats, arctic security, emergency powers, and the future of international law.
The programme includes keynote lectures, expert panels, and roundtable discussions with participants from universities, research institutions, and public authorities.
