Instructions for presenters

Please, read the following instructions carefully.

• Oral presentation time is 12 minutes plus a short discussion, altogether 15 minutes.  

• The chair will indicate when 5, 2 and 0 minutes are left.  

• Please, be sure to send your presentation slides before the conference by email no later than one day before the conference. The email address is flaiec@uef.fi. This will let us to be sure that we are able to keep our schedule during the conference.  

• Online presenters are also asked to send their presentations to us in advance in case of technical problems. However, online presenter will share his/her own slides during the presentation.
