The University of Eastern Finland (UEF) and Teollisuusneuvos Heikki Väänänen’s Fund are organizing the 9th Karelia Symposium in Snellmania building at Kuopio campus of University of Eastern Finland (Yliopistonranta 8 B), auditorium SN200. Welcome to follow the presentations and discussion by the experts of the field on the current situation in the use of wood and development of the sector in Finland, USA and Europe. The speakers include Sandra Lupien from Michigan State University, and experts from Finnish wood industry, EFI and academic research and education.
