• The choir has performed at the University of Kuopio’s Great Lecture Hall, Neulamäki Church, Kaavi Church, Puijo Church, Siilinjärvi Church, Männistö St. John’s Church and Alava Church.
• In the Christmas concerts of 1998 and 1999, and again led by Hanna Salminen in 2003, D. Buxtehude’s Das neugeborne Kinderlein was performed with the players.
• The choir has organised a Christmas and Spring concert every year and performed at the university’s opening and anniversary celebrations. In addition, the choir has performed at KOPIS’s 100th anniversary celebrations in the spring of 1992 and at the Kuopio Hospital Institute’s 200th anniversary celebrations on 25 May 1994.
• At the choir’s 5-year concert on May 9, 1995, all three choir directors up to that point conducted part of the repertoire.
• One of the choir’s biggest projects was the 3 church music works performed at the Kirsi Mäki Choir Conducting Concert on 24 April 1997, which were carried out in collaboration with the Kuopio Department Chamber Choir of the Sibelius Academy and the Kuopio Conservatory Chamber Orchestra: Der zweiundzwanzigste Psalm, William Byrdin Sing Joyfully and Thomas Weelkesin When David Heard.
• The 10th anniversary concert was held on 26 April 1999 in Kuopio City Hall’s ballroom.
• The choir’s repertoire has also included the following works: Juice Leskinen: Poppeli on puu, Einojuhani Rautavaara: Puusepän poika, B.Britten: Missa Brevis D, op. 63, ABBA: Money, money, money, Unto Mononen: Satumaa

• Anne-Christine Ekroth’s programme selections have been unique and bold: the female choir is remembered from the 2005 season for works such as Krivari ja maiden (Jaakko Mäntyjärvi) and Sapfo-series (Markku Kilpiö). The choir has also premiered Ekroth’s own arrangements.
• Hanna Salminen, Sanna Ketola and Kirsi Mäki have completed the choir management degree with the Chamber Choir.
