Reservations
Everyone reserves and pays for their own accommodation. Reservations directly from the hotel by phone or email, reservation code SYMPOSIUM24.
Reservations by 11 March 2024.

Terms of payment
Everyone pays on the spot in cash or by credit card.

Arrival
Hotel reception opening hours: www.greenstar.fi
A pin code is delivered with the booking confirmation, which can be used to log in with the check-in machine when the reception is closed.
Check-in is done with the reservation number and pin code.

Cancellation terms
For individual bookings, normal cancellation conditions: until 18:00 on the day of arrival.
The booker has the right to cancel his group booking in accordance with the following cancellation conditions, changes and cancellations in writing.
