Quality management and operational development
Quality assurance is a key part of our operations, and it covers all aspects of our operations – personnel, premises, equipment, methods and documentation. We follow GCP (good clinical practice) principles, the university’s quality guidelines and our own quality manual, which we update regularly.
We constantly strive to improve and develop our operations and take customer needs into account so that we can offer the best possible quality and service.
Services and operations are actively developed through the ongoing UEF Brain Research Unit 2.0 ERDF development project (2023–2025), among other things.
