Process tomography laboratory

The process tomography laboratory is equipped with tomography measurement systems and process simulators. The equipment can be used to examine various process applications such as multiphase flow, mixing, separation and assessment of the condition of concrete and other solid structures.

Biomedical Optical Imaging and Ultrasound laboratory (OPUS)

The laboratory focuses on biomedical optical imaging and ultrasound research. The laboratory facilities are used by Computational Physics and Inverse Problems group and by Biomedical Ultrasound group. In addition to research of pure optical and ultrasound imaging and therapy methods, the facilities enable hybrid optoacoustic and acousto-optic method development.
