November 18, 2026, 12 am–6 pm, University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu

The journal Sukupuolentutkimus–Genusforskning will organize an article workshop in connection with the Gender Studies Days on 18 November 2026.

Researchers who are in the early stages of their careers and who are working on developing their research articles toward publication are especially welcome to participate.

The day will consist of a lecture session focused on activist research and writing, as well as a closed article workshop.

Lecture Session, 12 am–2 pm

We will select up to 10 participants for the article workshop. The selection criteria include the article’s connection to the field of gender studies, the applicant’s intention to publish the article in Sukupuolentutkimus–Genusforskning, and the writer’s commitment to the given schedule.
