Registration for the research days is open

The deadline for registration is Tuesday 16.04.2024.

University of Eastern Finland employee: if you wish to attend the conference dinner, please check in advance whether your institution/unit will pay for the dinner. If your department does not pay for the dinner, please register for the dinner separately using the registration form for non-university staff.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes the conference programme, materials, coffee and lunch according to the programme.

NOTE! The conference dinner is at a separate cost of 40,00 €. The dinner is buffet style and includes an appetizer, main course, non-alcoholic beverages, dessert and coffee. Participants have the possibility to buy alcoholic drinks at the restaurant bar. Special dietary requirements will be catered for.

Employees of the University of Eastern Finland: the fee will be invoiced for the project indicated on the registration form through the University’s internal invoicing system.

Withdrawal of participation

Withdrawal of participation must be made by 25.03.2023. After this date, participation and dinner fees will not be refunded.
