Joensuun Metsäylioppilaat ry is collaborating with the School of Forest Sciences for organising the event and all the profits will be directed to support their association.
Drink vouchers included in the participation fee for evening festivities can be collected from the registration desk managed by Joensuun Metsäylioppilaat ry (lobby of Carelia building) during the registrations on the event day.
A wide range of drinks are sold during the evening festivities from the pop-up bar
The cloakroom in Carelia’s lobby during the evening party is free of charge. It is managed by the Joensuun Metsäylioppilaat and they are more than happy to help if need any assistance during the evening.
